I’ve been continuing to build Recruiter Chat to help people find that hard to find Dream job. It addresses a recurring problem in job searching when your criteria are very specific. If you search for Python agent development roles, most job boards return generic Python positions. If you ask for remote-only, you still get on-site listings. If you target a specific city, results are often peppered with jobs from nearby—or completely different—locations.
The problem gets worse with domain constraints. If you’re looking for software roles developing healthcare devices, but not cloud infrastructure work and not clinical data roles, existing searches tend to surface hundreds of loosely related jobs instead of the small number that actually match. The signal is there, but it’s buried under irrelevant results.
Recruiter Chat is built for this exact use case. Through the chat, you describe the role, location, and constraints in plain language—what you want and what you explicitly don’t want. The agent searches thousands of postings, prioritizes true matches, and filters out roles that don’t align instead of filling the list with “close enough” results.
The latest update adds daily job recommendation emails, delivering a concise list of newly posted roles that match your criteria. The goal is to surface the few relevant opportunities that matter, without spending time sorting through hundreds that don’t.
